Full-service or
low-cost?

68 of the 110 airlines here are full-service carriers, and 36 are low-cost or ultra-low-cost. The type of airline tells you more about your cabin bag than the route does. Full-service fares include a carry-on, except basic fares such as Air Canada Economy Basic within North America and Lufthansa Group Economy Basic in Europe. Low-cost base fares often cover only an under-seat bag and sell the overhead bag as an add-on.
