No airline pays to appear on BaggageLimits or to change how it is shown. We accept no free flights, upgrades or gifts in return for coverage. Advertisers have no say over which airlines we cover or what we write about them.
Affiliate links and ads
1 kind of commercial content appears on the site today: affiliate links on bag recommendations. If we add display ads, they will be kept visually separate from the baggage data. Affiliate links are marked as sponsored, and we earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We recommend a bag because it fits the airline's limits, not because of the commission.
Who reviews each page
1 editor reviews every airline page before it goes live and again at each recheck. The editor compares each number with its quoted source and checks every conversion. The review date appears on the page.
How we write
The first sentence of every section gives the size, weight or fee you came for. We use plain words, give both unit systems and make no claim we cannot source, such as calling an airline the strictest. When an airline publishes nothing on a topic, we say so instead of filling the gap.
Software and AI
We use software, including AI tools, to collect airline pages and to draft text. No rule is published without a source from the airline, and an editor reviews every page before it goes live. Values we could not confirm are labeled as estimates.
Updates and corrections
30 days is the longest we leave an airline page without a recheck, and airline changes are logged with their dates. When we get something wrong, we fix it and note the correction on the page. The corrections page explains how to report an error.
