How to report an error
1 email to [email protected] is all it takes. Include the airline, the number you think is wrong and, if you have it, a link to the airline page that shows the correct rule. A screenshot of the airline's site helps when its page only loads in a browser.
What happens next
1 editor rechecks the airline's official pages against your report. If the airline's site confirms the error, we fix our page, update the source and check date, and add a correction note. If the airline's site supports the number we show, we reply with the source we used.
How corrections are shown
1 dated note on the affected page records each correction: what was wrong, what we changed and when. Corrections to a fee, size, weight or rule are always noted. Spelling and layout fixes are made without a note.
Corrections vs policy changes
2 kinds of update appear on our pages. A policy change is when the airline changes its own rule, and it goes in the changelog and on the policy changes page. A correction is when we had the rule wrong, and it goes in the page's correction note.
