Vueling's free under-seat bag can measure up to 40 x 30 x 20 cm on every bundle, Fly Light included, while the overhead cabin bag (55 x 40 x 20 cm, 10 kg) comes with Fly, Fly Pro and Fly Grande. A 25 kg checked bag costs 18 to 99 EUR online. Pets travel only in the cabin, never in the hold.
The overhead cabin bag can measure up to 55 x 40 x 20 cm and weigh up to 10 kg. It's included with the Fly bundle (if you pick it over a checked bag), Fly Pro and Fly Grande. Every passenger also gets a free under-seat bag of 40 x 30 x 20 cm. On Fly Light, the overhead bag is a paid extra.
Vueling Club Premium members and anyone flying with an infant get the overhead bag whatever bundle they book.

Your free under-seat bag can be up to 40 x 30 x 20 cm, and it comes with every bundle, Fly Light included. No weight limit is published for it. Shoes and helmets have to go inside the bag rather than hang off the outside.
Yes, the overhead cabin bag has a 10 kg limit. The under-seat bag has no published weight. You also have to lift your own bag into the overhead bin, and Vueling checks it in if you can't.
Three of the four bundles include the 55 x 40 x 20 cm overhead bag. Fly lets you choose between that bag and a 25 kg checked bag. Fly Pro includes the overhead bag plus priority boarding but no checked bag, and Fly Grande includes both. Fly Light covers only the under-seat bag, though you can add the 2 pieces on board service, a Space seat or the Fast Pack.
Vueling's checked bag article still lists Optima and Family as fares with a 25 kg bag, names its bundle page no longer uses.

Dogs, cats, birds (except birds of prey) and turtles are accepted, one pet per passenger and five per flight. The fee is about €50 per pet per flight. Musicians can buy an extra seat to keep a large instrument in the cabin.
Gate staff charge 60 to 75 EUR to check an under-seat bag larger than 40 x 30 x 20 cm, and 110 to 140 EUR for any bag over 55 x 40 x 20 cm. The same fee applies to any bag you didn't book in advance, so a Fly Light passenger with a wheeled case pays the higher rate.
