Condor's Economy Classic, Choice and Flex fares include one checked bag of 20 kg, or 23 kg (50.7 lb) on flights to or from the USA and Canada. Every fare except Economy Zero adds a 55 x 40 x 23 cm (22 x 16 x 9 in) cabin bag, 8 kg in Economy. From May 1, 2027, Business moves to 2 x 32 kg on all routes.
Economy Classic, Choice and Flex include one 20 kg checked bag, or 23 kg (50.7 lb) on flights to or from the USA and Canada. Premium Economy gets 25 kg, raised to 32 kg (70.5 lb) on USA and Canada routes. Business takes 30 kg (66.1 lb) on most routes and two bags of 32 kg each across the Atlantic to North America. Economy Zero and Economy Light include no checked bag.
Flights to and from Armenia and Lebanon get the higher North America style weights: 23 kg in Economy and 32 kg in Business.
| CABIN | MOST ROUTES | USA / CANADA |
|---|---|---|
| Economy Classic, Choice, Flex | 1 x 20 kg | 1 x 23 kg (50.7 lb) |
| Economy Zero, Light | No checked bag | No checked bag |
| Premium Economy | 25 kg (55.1 lb) | 32 kg (70.5 lb) |
| Business | 30 kg (66.1 lb) | 2 x 32 kg (70.5 lb) |
Condor's cabin bag limit is 55 x 40 x 23 cm (22 x 16 x 9 in), the size that took effect on May 1, 2026 when the depth grew from 20 cm. Weight depends on the cabin: 8 kg in Economy, 10 kg (22.0 lb) in Premium Economy and 16 kg (35.2 lb) across two bags in Business. Condor doesn't say whether wheels and handles count.
Fare tables on Condor's class pages still list 40 x 55 x 20 cm next to the newer 23 cm note, so the 23 cm figure is the one in force today.
| CABIN | BAGS | SIZE | WEIGHT |
|---|---|---|---|
| Economy (not Zero) | 1 | 55 x 40 x 23 cm | 8 kg |
| Premium Economy | 1 | 55 x 40 x 23 cm | 10 kg |
| Business | 2 | 55 x 40 x 23 cm each | 16 kg total |
A personal item on Condor can measure 40 x 30 x 15 cm (15.7 x 11.8 x 5.9 in), such as a handbag, laptop bag or small backpack. That size applies from May 1, 2026; before then it was 30 x 40 x 10 cm. Premium and Business pages cap it at 6 kg (13.2 lb), and the Economy page shows both 6 kg and 8 kg, so we flag the weight as conflicting.
Economy Zero includes only the 40 x 30 x 15 cm personal item, with no cabin bag and no checked bag. Economy Light adds the 8 kg cabin bag but still has no hold baggage. Classic, Choice and Flex all carry the same bag allowance: personal item, one 8 kg cabin bag and one 20 kg checked bag (23 kg to the USA or Canada). Choice and Flex differ from Classic on rebooking and seats, not bags.
Economy Zero also excludes airport check-in, according to Condor's comparison table.

On USA and Canada flights, Condor charges US$ 75.00 (CAN$ 90.00) for an Economy Zero passenger's first bag up to 23 kg. A first additional bag costs US$ 120.00 (CAN$ 150.00) and each bag after that US$ 150.00 (CAN$ 195.00), all one way and booked online in advance. Online booking closes 8 hours before departure.
Outside North America, Condor sells extra weight in 5 kg blocks. In Zone 1 (Germany, Italy, France, Croatia, Faro and mainland Spain) 5 kg starts at US$ 25.00 and 20 kg at US$ 80.00. Zone 4 (Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles, South Africa) starts at US$ 60.00 for 5 kg and reaches US$ 175.00 for 20 kg. Zone 6 runs US$ 30.00 to US$ 90.00.

Each checked bag can total 158 cm (62.2 in) in length, width and height, and no single piece may exceed 32 kg. You can spread your allowance over several pieces within those limits. Airport excess rates aren't published on the pages we fetched, and Condor says bags over your fare's limit cost more at the gate than at check-in.
From May 1, 2027, Condor plans one standard free allowance on all flights: 1 x 23 kg (50.7 lb) in Economy, 1 x 32 kg (70.5 lb) in Premium Economy and 2 x 32 kg in Business. That replaces today's route split, where most Economy routes get 20 kg and only North America, Armenia and Lebanon get 23 kg.
| CABIN | TODAY, MOST ROUTES | FROM MAY 1, 2027 |
|---|---|---|
| Economy | 20 kg | 1 x 23 kg |
| Premium Economy | 25 kg | 1 x 32 kg |

Yes. Dogs and cats can ride in the cabin if pet and crate weigh 8 kg (17.6 lb) or less together, in a box up to 55 x 40 x 23 cm. The box travels on top of your carry-on allowance. Larger animals go in the hold on non-stop flights only, in boxes 55 cm or 75 cm wide, booked 48 hours ahead. Fees depend on destination and box size, roughly USD 60 to 120 per leg in the cabin and USD 120 to 300 in the hold.
Trained service dogs fly free on Condor.

Infants under 2 get no free baggage allowance of their own. Strollers, cots, child carriers and car seats travel in the hold free, up to two items per child. Some airports can't return a stroller at the aircraft door, so you may collect it at baggage claim.
Up to two cabin items are allowed depending on fare, and anything over the count or weight is charged as excess baggage at check-in. At the gate the fee is higher, according to Condor, though it doesn't publish the gate amount. Economy Zero passengers who bring a full-size cabin bag fall into this rule, since that fare covers only the personal item.
No. Economy Zero covers only a personal item of 40 x 30 x 15 cm. A full cabin bag starts with Economy Light, and a checked bag starts with Economy Classic.
